Mahindra BE.06 Formula E Edition: Special Features and Key Updates
The Mahindra BE06 Electric SUV is one of the top-selling electric cars in India. The EV SUV car has now been updated with a Special Formula E edition priced at 23.69 lakhs (ex-showroom). This special edition is a tribute to Mahindra's Formula E Racing team.
It carries the legacy of Mahindra racing and gets a new cosmetic update. The Brand has already crossed 30k sales in electric vehicles with the BE06 and the XEV9e in just seven months. The maximum sales are coming from the lower-priced BE06 SUV. Previously, Mahindra sold a special Batman edition with the BE06, which was sold out in just 135 seconds.

Formula E Inspired
The BE06 Formula E edition is completely inspired by the Mahindra Formula E Racing car. It comes in four colour options: Tango Red, Stealth Black, First Storm Orange and Everest White.
Racing Design and Decals
Their exterior design is tweaked with new 12-strip racing decals commemorating Mahindra's Formula E seasons. It is also equipped with aggressive bumpers, new projector headlamps, and accented brake callipers similar to those of a race car.
Racing Interiors
The interior is updated with additional elements. The most significant change is the Firestrom Orange dashboard with a black and orange theme. The seats are now branded with Formula E stitching.
Premium Aesthetics
The BE06 FE edition also comes with a Badge of Honour at the centre console. This FIA X Formula E badge is to honour the Mahindra Formula E Racing team. The start/stop button now features an Orange/black themed flip-cap.
Other Details
This racing edition comes with only the 79kWh battery pack, which is the higher spec variant of the standard BE06. It has a range of 682 km, producing 380 Nm of torque and 286 Bhp of power.
It features two standard wireless charging pods, a 360-degree camera, Level 2 ADAS, a Harman Kardon Audio system, wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, Ambient lighting, a centre console, and a digital cluster, all of which are found in the standard variant.
