Mahindra Expands BE 6 & XEV 9e Test Drives To 15 New Cities: All Details Here

Mahindra has kicked off the second phase of test drives for its BE 6 and XEV 9e models. The initial phase began on January 14, 2025, in six cities. Now, from January 24, 2025, the test drives have expanded to include 15 additional cities across India.

Mahindra BE 6 & XEV 9e Test Drives

The first phase of test drives covered Delhi NCR, Mumbai MMR, Hyderabad, Pune, Bengaluru, and Chennai. The second phase is more extensive, reaching cities like Ahmedabad, Bhopal, Cochin, Coimbatore, Goa, Howrah, Indore Jaipur, Jalandhar, Kolkata, Lucknow, Ludhiana, Surat, Vadodara and Chandigarh Tricity.

Upcoming Bookings & Deliveries

Bookings for the top-spec Pack 3 variants of Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e will open on February 14th. These variants feature a larger 79 kWh battery pack. Deliveries are set to begin on February 7th. Additionally, Mahindra's app now offers an 'Add Your Preference' option for these models since January 7th.

Pricing Details For Mahindra Models

Last year saw the announcement of prices for the base-spec Pack 1 variants with a smaller 59 kWh battery pack. The BE 6 is priced at Rs 18.9 lakh (Ex-sh), while the XEV 9e costs Rs 21.9 lakh (Ex-sh). However, details about bookings and deliveries for these variants remain undisclosed.

Top-Spec Variants Pricing

Earlier this month at Unlimit India Tech Day, Mahindra revealed prices for the top-spec Pack 3 variants with a larger battery pack. The BE 6 Pack 3 is priced at Rs 26.9 lakh (Ex-sh), while the XEV 9e Pack 3 costs Rs 30.5 lakh (Ex-sh). These models come fully equipped except for optional features like the 20-inch alloy wheels.

Attractive EMI Offers

To encourage buyers to opt for the top-spec Pack 3 variants with a larger battery pack, Mahindra has introduced appealing EMI plans called "Three For Me." The EMI rates are identical to those of the Pack 1 variants: Rs 39,224 for BE 6 and Rs 45,450 for XEV 9e.
