The Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e Pack Two models have begun deliveries across India. These mid-spec variants were launched in November 2024, with earlier deliveries of other variants starting in March and June 2025. The BE 6 Pack Two is priced at Rs 22.65 lakh for the 59 kWh battery and Rs 24.25 lakh for the 79 kWh version. Meanwhile, the XEV 9e Pack Two costs Rs 25.65 lakh for the smaller battery and Rs 27.25 lakh for the larger one.

Battery Options & Performance

Both the Mahindra BE 6 and XEV 9e Pack Two offer two battery options: a 59 kWh and a 79 kWh pack. The larger battery provides a range of up to 682 km for the BE 6 and 656 km for the XEV 9e, according to MIDC estimates. In contrast, the smaller battery offers a range of 535 km for the BE 6 and 542 km for the XEV 9e. Both configurations feature a single electric motor setup, delivering power to the rear wheels.

Power Output and Drivetrain

The larger battery variant generates an impressive power output of 282 bhp, while the smaller unit produces 228 bhp. Regardless of the battery size, both versions maintain a torque output of 380 Nm. The rear-wheel-drive (RWD) drivetrain is standard across these models, ensuring consistent performance.

Design Features

The exterior design of both models includes full LED lighting with headlamps, fog lamps featuring cornering functions, DRLs, and tail lamps. They also sport illuminated logos that enhance their appearance at night. The vehicles ride on stylish 19-inch alloy wheels equipped with aero inserts.

Interior Comforts

Inside, both cars boast leatherette upholstery with tech-forward features. The BE 6 has dual 12.3-inch screens, while the XEV 9e offers a triple-screen setup. Additional comforts include dual-zone automatic climate control with rear AC vents, a wireless phone charger, powered ventilated front seats, and a fixed panoramic roof.

Convenience Features

Convenience is further enhanced with features like an auto-dimming inside rearview mirror, rain-sensing wipers, and push-button start/stop functionality. These additions aim to improve daily usability for drivers and passengers alike.

Safety Tech

On the safety front, both EVs are equipped with six airbags, disc brakes on all four wheels, front and rear parking sensors, a rear-view camera, and an electronic park brake with auto hold function. Advanced safety technology includes Level-2 ADAS capabilities such as lane keep assist and driver fatigue warning systems.
