Lamborghini Unveils The New Temerario HPEV Super Sports Car In Paris
Automobili Lamborghini recently unveiled the Temerario, a new hybrid supercar, in Paris. The event was attended by key executives, including Stephan Winkelmann, Chairman & CEO, and Paolo Racchetti, Product Line Director Temerario. Winkelmann introduced the Temerario to France for the first time, highlighting its innovative design and performance.
The launch took place at L’Élysée-Montmartre, a renowned venue in Paris. Designed as a sensory experience, the event attracted journalists, customers, and car enthusiasts. Attendees witnessed performances that combined modernity with emotion, featuring dancers in futuristic outfits inspired by Lamborghini’s hexagonal shapes.
The Lamborghini Temerario is a hybrid supercar with a twin-turbo V8 engine. It delivers 920 horsepower, reaching speeds over 340 km/h and accelerating from 0 to 100 km/h in just 2.7 seconds. This model introduces a new sound signature designed to enhance driving emotions.
Stephan Winkelmann stated: "With the Temerario, Lamborghini opens a bold new chapter in hybrid design and performance. This model embodies both the stylistic heritage of our brand and its forward-looking vision: lighter, more advanced, more emotional."
The Temerario's design reflects Lamborghini's future mid-engine sports cars while maintaining sleek lines and integrated aerodynamics. Its bold shark-nose front and hexagonal daytime running lights highlight its distinctive look. Inside, high-quality materials like carbon fiber and leather create a balance between digital and physical experiences.
The interior offers more space than previous models. A low seating position ensures drivers feel connected to the car while maintaining comfort. This aligns with Lamborghini’s philosophy of making drivers feel like pilots.
Completing the Hybrid Transition
The Temerario is Lamborghini’s second High-Performance Electrified Vehicle (HPEV), following the Revuelto. It marks an important step in electrifying Lamborghini's lineup after the Urus SE launch. This model signifies Lamborghini's commitment to combining high performance with technological innovation.
A special version of the Temerario was also revealed: the Alleggerita (lightweight) in Verde Mercurius color. This version features a lightweight chassis and advanced aerodynamics for an immersive driving experience.
Winkelmann added: "The Temerario stands out as the new benchmark supercar within the HPEV range. Paris, the capital of creativity and avant-garde, was the ideal stage for this premiere."
The event showcased Lamborghini’s dedication to innovation while respecting environmental responsibilities through hybrid technology integration across its models.
