Lamborghini's New Hybrid Range Achieves Global Recognition With Multiple Awards In 2024
Lamborghini had a remarkable year in 2024, delivering 10,687 cars and receiving numerous international awards for its new models: Revuelto, Urus SE, and Temerario. These vehicles were recognised for their design, performance, and driving experience across the Americas, Europe, and Asia. They earned accolades from leading automotive media and organisations worldwide.
The Lamborghini Revuelto, part of the brand's High Performance Electrified Vehicle range with a V12 engine, was celebrated as "Car of the Year" by six media outlets. It also received two awards for its technical and design features. In the United States, Road & Track magazine honoured it as their "2025 Performance Car of the Year," highlighting its technical prowess and exceptional driving experience.
In addition to this accolade, Robb Report named the Revuelto "Best Supercar," while Esquire awarded it "Sports Car of the Year." Motor1.com recognised it with the "Cool Car Cup." Its iconic design earned it the "2024 Good Design® Award" in Transportation from the Chicago Athenaeum: Museum of Architecture and Design.
The Lamborghini Urus SE remains a benchmark in the Super SUV category. Its hybrid version was dynamically presented last year and won "Best Car 2024" in the luxury SUV category from Germany's Auto Motor und Sport. It also secured first place at Sport Auto Award 2024 by Sport Auto magazine.
Auto Illustrierte in Switzerland named it among "The Most Popular Car Brands and Models of 2024." Furthermore, its revamped interior and instrumentation received the "Dashboard of the Year" title at Paris' Automobile Awards 2024.
Temerario's Anticipated Launch
The Lamborghini Temerario debuted at The Quail, A Motorsports Gathering in Pebble Beach in 2024. Although not yet launched officially, it won "The Cars We Can't Wait to Drive in 2025" at Top Gear Awards. It was also featured on CarBuzz's list of "Cars We're Most Looking Forward to Drive in 2025."
In Qatar, Maqina Magazine awarded it "Best Hybrid Sports Car" at Arab Car of the Year 2024 awards. These achievements underscore Lamborghini's commitment to excellence and innovation.
Technical Specifications
The Revuelto boasts combined fuel consumption of 11.86 l/100 km and energy consumption of 10.1 kWh/100 km with CO2 emissions at 276 g/km (Class G). With a low battery, fuel consumption rises to 17.8 l/100 km (WLTP standards).
{TABLE_1}The Urus SE records combined fuel consumption at 2.08 l/100 km and energy consumption at 39.5 kWh/100 km with CO2 emissions at 51.25 g/km (Class B). When battery levels are low, fuel consumption increases to 12.9 l/100 km (WLTP standards).
