Kia America Reveals Comprehensive Pricing Details For The 2026 EV9 Electric SUV
Kia America has revealed the pricing for its 2026 EV9, an all-electric SUV with three rows. The vehicle, now in its third year, introduces notable updates like the Nightfall Edition package on the Land AWD trim. This edition features unique 20-inch gloss black wheels, black badging, and distinct interior elements. It is available in both 6-passenger and 7-passenger configurations at no extra cost.
The manufacturer's suggested retail price (MSRP), excluding a $1,495 destination fee, starts at $54,900 for the EV9 Light SR. The Light LR is priced at $57,900, while the Wind trim costs $63,900. The Land version is available for $68,900, and the GT-Line tops the range at $71,900.

For 2026, Kia has introduced several enhancements to the EV9. The Nightfall Edition on the Land trim offers both design and performance upgrades. Additionally, this edition can be configured with either six or seven seats. Select trims have increased their all-electric range: Light Long Range is estimated by Kia to reach 305 miles; Wind and Land trims are estimated at 283 miles; GT-Line is estimated at 280 miles.
All AWD trims now feature Terrain Mode (Snow/Mud/Sand) instead of the previous 4WD system. The GT-Line introduces new two-tone exterior colours: Glacial White Pearl paired with an Ebony Black roof and Wolf Gray with an Ebony Black roof. For the Nightfall Edition, a new exclusive Roadrider Brown exterior colour is available along with unique interior seat stitching patterns.
Kia America operates from Irvine, California and consistently ranks high in automotive quality surveys. Recognised as one of TIME World's Most Sustainable Companies in 2024, Kia serves as the "Official Automotive Partner" of both the NBA and WNBA. Their offerings include gasoline, hybrid, plug-in hybrid, and electric vehicles sold through nearly 800 U.S. dealers.
Manufacturing and Assembly Information
Some trims of Kia's all-electric EV6 and EV9 SUVs are assembled in the United States using parts sourced globally and domestically. Other models like Sportage (excluding HEV/PHEV), Sorento (excluding HEV/PHEV), and Telluride also follow this assembly process.
The MSRP does not cover destination fees or other charges such as taxes or licensing fees; actual prices may vary by retailer. Electric range estimates are preliminary manufacturer figures based on a fully charged vehicle under optimal conditions but can vary due to factors like battery age or driving habits.
No advanced system can entirely mitigate driver errors or challenging driving conditions; safe driving practices are always recommended.
