Jeep Brand Partners With Universal Pictures And Amblin Entertainment For 'Jurassic World Rebirth' Marketing Campaign
The Jeep brand is celebrating the global release of "Jurassic World Rebirth" on July 2, 2025, with a new commercial. This campaign features the Jeep Wrangler navigating through wild terrains alongside dinosaurs like Velociraptors and Tyrannosaurus. The spot showcases seven dinosaur species, marking the most diverse array seen in a Jeep co-branded Jurassic film series advertisement.
Jeep's collaboration with Universal Pictures and Amblin Entertainment continues with this latest cinematic event. "Jurassic World Rebirth" is set to hit theaters worldwide on July 2. The film series has captivated audiences for over three decades, grossing over $6 billion globally. This new chapter promises thrilling adventures and iconic action sequences.
The marketing campaign includes a long-form video that will be shared across Jeep's social media platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok later this week. A shorter 30-second version will air on television. Additionally, a Times Square billboard in New York City will feature the Quetzalcoatlus soaring above the Jeep Wrangler.
In Mexico City, the film's press tour began at CCXP with a Jeep Wrangler 4xe making an appearance on stage. The U.S. premiere in New York on June 23 will also feature the Jeep Wrangler on the red carpet. This partnership highlights both brands' commitment to adventure and excitement.
The commercial was directed by Jeff Tomsic and produced by Community Films in collaboration with Highdive, a Chicago-based advertising agency. It draws inspiration from Jeep's Trail Rated criteria, adding a playful twist by making the Wrangler "Jurassic Trail Rated." This means it can handle any challenge in the Jurassic world.
A special Jurassic badge designed by the Jeep team will appear in Tier 2 spots and be available to consumers soon. The spot also offers viewers a glimpse of a future Jeep 4x4 vehicle within a dinosaur lab setting, similar to previous Super Bowl commercials.
