Jeep Compass Track Edition Launched At ₹26.78 Lakh - Subtle Design Tweaks & Premium Interiors
American SUV specialist Jeep has launched the Compass Track Edition, a limited-run special edition of its premium SUV in India. Prices for the Jeep Compass Track Edition start from ₹26.78 lakh (ex-showroom).
The Jeep Compass Track Edition is based on the Compass Model S variant and is now available to book at all Jeep dealerships in India. The Compass Track Edition is offered in three trims with prices ranging from ₹26.78 lakh to ₹30.58 lakh (all ex-showroom, India).

On the outside, the Jeep Compass Track Edition introduces distinctive elements to differentiate itself from the standard line-up. These include a signature hood decal, Piano Black detailing on the grille, badges, and moldings, along with the exclusive Track Edition badging. The Compass Track Edition rides on 18-inch diamond-cut Tech Grey alloy wheels.
Inside, Jeep has equipped the Compass Track Edition with all-new Tupelo Leatherette seats finished with Spruce Beige contrast stitching and embossed Jeep branding. The cabin also receives Dark Espresso Smoke Chrome finishes, Tupelo vinyl accents, and Track Edition-branded floor mats. Additional premium touches include Piano Black inserts and a Cortina leather-wrapped steering wheel.
The Compass Track Edition retains the features of the Compass Model S in terms of technology and convenience. It comes with a 10.1-inch Uconnect 5 infotainment system supporting wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a 10.25-inch digital TFT gauge cluster, and a premium Alpine sound system. Other features include an integrated voice command system covering media, phone, navigation, and climate control.
The Jeep Compass Track Edition comes equipped with ventilated front seats that are eight-way electronically adjustable and include a memory function. A dual-pane panoramic sunroof and automatic climate control further enhance passenger convenience. Also seen is an electronic parking brake and wireless phone charging.
Under the bonnet, the Compass Track Edition is powered by the 2.0-litre MultiJet II turbo-diesel engine that develops 170hp and 350Nm of peak torque. Transmission options include a six-speed manual and a nine-speed automatic. Jeep offers the Compass Track Edition in both front-wheel-drive and four-wheel-drive configurations with this edition.
Safety continues to be a central aspect of the Compass Track Edition, which carries forward over 50 features from the Compass line-up. These include four-channel ABS with Electronic Brakeforce Distribution, Electronic Stability Control, Advanced Brake Assist, Hill Start Assist, all-speed traction control, rear seat reminder alert, and Rain Brake Assist.
