Isuzu V-Cross & Hi-Lander Price Updated: All You Need To Know
The Isuzu V-Cross, a competitor to the Toyota Hilux in the lifestyle pick-up market, has seen a price increase. This adjustment was made in May and affects certain variants within the V-Cross lineup. The range begins with the Hi-Lander 2WD MT and extends to the V-Cross 4WD AT Z Prestige Premium trim. These changes reflect Isuzu India's strategy to align with market demands.
Isuzu V-Cross Price Adjustments
The most significant price hike is ₹50,000 for the 4WD MT Z Prestige and 4WD MT Z models, now priced at ₹27.92 lakh and ₹27.27 lakh, respectively. Meanwhile, the entry-level Hi-Lander 2WD MT has increased by ₹30,000, bringing its cost to ₹21.80 lakh. All these prices are ex-showroom, Delhi.

Both the Isuzu Hi-Lander and V-Cross are powered by a 1.9-litre turbocharged diesel engine that delivers 161 bhp and 360 Nm of peak torque. This engine is paired with a 6-speed gearbox and complies with the latest BS6 Phase 2 emission standards. The V-Cross also offers an automatic transmission option along with all-wheel drive capabilities.
Features of Isuzu Pick-Ups
The V-Cross stands out with its premium cabin features and enhanced equipment compared to its sibling, the Hi-Lander. It includes an automatic transmission and all-wheel drive, making it more adept at handling off-road conditions. These features cater to those seeking both comfort and capability in their vehicles.
Recently, time spent with the Isuzu Hi-Lander revealed its practicality despite its basic design. It proved to be a reliable companion on rough roads during monsoon seasons and was highly effective for transporting large items. Its robust nature makes it suitable for various terrains and tasks.
In contrast, while both models share the same engine specifications, the V-Cross offers additional features that enhance its appeal as a more luxurious option in this segment. This differentiation allows consumers to choose based on their specific needs for either utility or added comfort.
