Isuzu Unveils New D-Max Huntsman Special Edition At 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show
Isuzu has unveiled the New D-Max Huntsman, a special edition of the V-Cross model, at the 2025 Commercial Vehicle Show. This version is designed for forestry and field sports enthusiasts. It comes with the Huntsman Accessory Pack, featuring an Aeroklas canopy, drawer system, and 18" black alloys with all-terrain tyres. The vehicle is presented in a unique Techno Grey Metallic finish, highlighting Isuzu's customisation capabilities.
The D-Max Huntsman is built on the latest V-Cross platform and is tailored for professionals like gamekeepers and those involved in countryside activities. Originally launched in 2012, this model has evolved to meet modern needs while maintaining its core purpose. The Huntsman Accessory Pack enhances its utility, making it ideal for outdoor work.
This special edition is more than just a showpiece; it's a practical companion for outdoor tasks. At the rear, it features an Aeroklas Commercial Canopy and under-rail bed liner for secure storage. A Gearmate drawer system safely stores hunting rifles and essential gear. The Brink towbar with 13-pin electrics supports its 3.5-tonne towing capacity.
The Huntsman's design includes matt black accents on the grille badge, door handles, and roof rails, offering a stealthy look. These features are available as optional extras through Isuzu dealers. The vehicle also boasts 18" black alloy wheels with General Grabber all-terrain tyres for better traction in rural settings.
Inside the cabin, drivers will find a large 9" touchscreen infotainment system compatible with wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto. An 8-speaker premium sound system ensures high-quality audio, while dual-zone climate control provides comfort year-round. Safety features include eight airbags and Advanced Driver Assist Systems (ADAS).
The D-Max Huntsman also includes a rear differential lock and Rough Terrain Mode for challenging conditions. Its towing capacity of 3.5 tonnes and payload over a tonne make it suitable for serious work.
Customisation Options
The striking Techno Grey Metallic finish showcased at the event was developed exclusively for this occasion. Although not available as a production option, it demonstrates Isuzu's ability to offer bespoke builds and personalised colours through their Conversion Centre.

The Huntsman Accessory Pack can be ordered in two configurations: one with an Aeroklas Commercial Canopy priced at £7,871.46 (excluding VAT) and another with an Aeroklas Leisure Canopy priced at £7,956.46 (excluding VAT).
