INFINITI Strengthens Leadership Team With Key Executive Appointments For Future Growth
INFINITI has announced three key executive appointments to bolster its business strategy and enhance growth. These changes are aimed at ensuring the brand's long-term success by placing skilled leaders in pivotal roles. Eric Ledieu, Tony Gardina, and Brian Maragno have been assigned new positions to drive INFINITI's market presence and future product development.
Eric Ledieu will now serve as the director of INFINITI Sales & Regional Operations in the USA. His role involves steering sales strategies and regional operations to align with INFINITI's growth objectives. He will manage regional sales, distribution, fleet, and certified pre-owned sales, working closely with the field team to achieve business targets that benefit both the brand and its retailers.

Tony Gardina is transitioning into a newly established role as director of Marketing Operations & Strategy for INFINITI Americas. In this capacity, he will lead U.S. marketing operations, focusing on developing offers and incentives to boost sales volumes. Additionally, Tony will explore strategic opportunities across the Americas and work on enhancing collaboration with Nissan Sales & Marketing and INFINITI Financial Services.
Brian Maragno is set to become the director, Chief Marketing Manager (CMM) for INFINITI USA, succeeding Tony Gardina. Brian will oversee bringing new products to market as part of INFINITI's ongoing product renaissance over the next four years. This role is crucial for strengthening the current product lineup while also planning for future innovations.
The appointments take effect on May 1, with each leader based at INFINITI Americas headquarters in Franklin, Tennessee. They will report directly to Tiago Castro, vice president of INFINITI Americas. Castro stated, "This is a pivotal time for INFINITI as we accelerate our plan to deliver an enhanced product portfolio, collaborate with innovative partners, and continue delighting our clients."
