Hyundai Tucson Hybrid Recognised As One Of The Best Cars For Car Seats In 2025 By Cars.com
The Hyundai Tucson Hybrid has been recognised as one of the Best Cars for Car Seats by Cars.com. Out of 51 vehicles evaluated, only seven, including the Tucson, received this accolade. The evaluation involved certified child safety seat installation technicians testing each car's Latch system and its ability to accommodate various car seats. The Tucson Hybrid achieved top marks in every category.
Jenni Newman, editor in chief at Cars.com and a certified car seat technician, remarked on the ease of installing different child seats in the Tucson Hybrid. "Every child seat we tested—infant, rear facing convertible, forward facing convertible, and booster—earned straight A’s in the Tucson Hybrid’s second row, thanks to easy‑to‑locate LATCH anchors, removable head restraints for better seatback contact, and ‑user-friendly‑ tether points," she said.
Cole Stutz, Hyundai Motor North America's chief safety officer, emphasised the company's dedication to safety. "As a mobility solutions provider, safety is at the forefront of everything we do and keeping our owners and their loved ones safe is our priority," he stated. Hyundai not only equips its vehicles with advanced safety systems but also educates families through initiatives like Hyundai Hope.
