Hyundai Launches Smart Care Clinic Initiative To Enhance Customer Satisfaction
Hyundai Motor India Limited has introduced the 'Hyundai Smart Care Clinic', a new initiative for Hyundai car owners. As the second-largest car manufacturer in India, Hyundai aims to strengthen its customer base with this scheme. Available at all Hyundai service centres, this programme will run until 6th May, offering various benefits to enhance customer satisfaction and attract new buyers.
The Hyundai Smart Care Clinic provides a comprehensive free check-up of around 70 car parts, including critical components like the engine, brakes, electrical system, and suspension. Customers can also avail of a 15% discount on wheel alignment and balancing services. Additionally, discounts are available for exterior and interior beautification, AC gas refills, and AC system cleaning sprays.
Customers can benefit from a 10% discount on replacing various car parts, including the AC system compressor and condenser. The scheme also offers a 10% discount on roadside assistance services, ensuring support during any journey. Furthermore, Hyundai provides an opportunity to extend car warranties at a 30% discount, adding value to the ownership experience.
Hyundai's current lineup includes 14 models, with the Hyundai Creta being particularly popular. Recently, the company launched the Creta Electric model. This initiative aligns with Hyundai's strategy to encourage regular maintenance among its customers by offering cost-effective solutions through such schemes.
The primary goal of the Hyundai Smart Care Clinic is to retain existing customers while attracting new ones by providing customer-centric services. By offering discounts on mechanical labour charges for cars serviced after a specific period, Hyundai aims to make maintenance more affordable for its customers.
