Hyundai's MyHyundai With Bluelink App Tops J.D. Power 2025 U.S. OEM EV Report For Second Year Running
Hyundai's MyHyundai with Bluelink app has been recognised as the top mass-market electric vehicle mobile application in the J.D. Power 2025 U.S. OEM EV App Report. Scoring 820 out of 1,000, it surpassed the segment average by 108 points, highlighting Hyundai's dedication to providing a seamless digital experience for EV owners. This marks the second consecutive year Hyundai has achieved this ranking.
The app excelled in three key areas: Customer Journey, Functional Evaluation, and EV-Specific Controls. These categories demonstrate Hyundai's focus on delivering an intuitive and feature-rich digital experience that caters to modern drivers' needs. Key features include in-app charging, Plug & Charge capabilities, charge schedule management, and alerts.
In 2025, Hyundai introduced several enhancements to the app to improve convenience and control for EV drivers. Users can now manage charging directly within the app and access expanded Plug and Charge support across major networks like Tesla Superchargers, ChargePoint, and EVgo. These updates simplify staying charged and connected for Hyundai EV owners.

Power as a leading mass-market EV app provider. "This achievement highlights how MyHyundai with Bluelink continues to redefine the EV experience," he stated.
