The Namyang R&D Center, celebrating its 30th anniversary, plays a crucial role in Hyundai's innovation efforts. The facility supports comprehensive vehicle and technology development. During the town hall, attended by over 800 employees including key executives like Heui Won Yang and Hae In Kim, Muñoz shared insights from his extensive experience in the automotive industry. Since joining Hyundai in 2019, he has driven significant growth and profitability. "It’s an honor to serve our customers, employees, dealers, suppliers and other stakeholders in this new capacity," he expressed.

The session was livestreamed globally to Hyundai colleagues across various regions including Seoul headquarters, China, Japan, UAE, India, Indonesia, and Australia. This allowed for direct dialogue between leadership and employees worldwide. Muñoz addressed questions on global EV adoption challenges: "We continue to lead the transition to electrification...
