The 2025 Hyundai Elantra was named Best Car for Teens in the $25K to $30K range. The 2025 Hyundai Tucson won Best SUV for Teens in the same price bracket. Additionally, the 2025 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid was recognised as the Best SUV for Teens priced between $30K to $35K. These awards reflect Hyundai's ability to deliver feature-rich vehicles that appeal to both teens and their parents.

In the used car categories, the 2022 Hyundai Elantra Hybrid was awarded Best Used Small Car for Teens. The 2022 Hyundai Tucson Hybrid earned the title of Best Used Small SUV for Teens. Meanwhile, the 2022 Hyundai Santa Fe Hybrid was named Best Used Midsize SUV for Teens. These recognitions underscore the long-term value and reliability of Hyundai's vehicles.

For used cars from model years 2020–2022 to qualify as Best Used Cars for Teens, they must maintain strong safety scores while offering low ownership costs.
