Hyundai Launches Click to Buy 2.0 - Digital Car Shopping Just Got Smarter

South Korean carmaker Hyundai has launched Click to Buy 2.0, its next-generation online car buying platform. This new version builds on the original Click to Buy, adding several smart features designed to simplify and speed up the purchase journey.

Among the highlights is voice search. Customers can now use simple commands like "Book Hyundai Creta" or "Check Finance" to navigate the platform. Another big update is instant loan eligibility checks, which show finance offers from 12 banks and NBFCs with minimal documentation.

The Click to Buy 2.0 platform also brings personalised recommendations. Based on budget, fuel preference, and other requirements, Click to Buy 2.0 suggests the top three Hyundai models or variants from a pool of more than 200 options available in the portfolio.

Hyundai has added a comparison tool that lets users check up to three models side by side. Whether it is variants of the same model or across different cars, customers can weigh specifications, features, and pricing before making a choice.

Click to Buy 2.0 connects the digital process with the physical showroom. Buyers can configure cars, view transparent on-road pricing, upload KYC documents, schedule test drives, and make payments online. Any step completed at the dealership syncs with the customer's online account.

The Click to Buy 2.0 platform is fully mobile-friendly, ensuring customers can browse, compare, and book from their smartphones. Hyundai says this integrated process aims to make decisions easier while giving buyers complete control from start to finish.

Tarun Garg, Whole-Time Director & Chief Operating Officer, HMIL, said, "At Hyundai, we have always believed that buying a car should be as intuitive and empowering as driving one. With Click to Buy 2.0, we are not just upgrading a platform; we are transforming the very experience of car buying. This platform is a testament to our commitment to innovation and customer centricity, seamlessly blending the digital with the physical to create a truly next-gen car shopping experience."

DriveSpark Thinks

Hyundai expects the updated Click to Buy 2.0 platform to address the growing demand for online car shopping in India. With voice-enabled navigation, smart finance tools, and strong dealer integration, Hyundai's Click to Buy 2.0 could signal a major shift in how customers choose and buy cars digitally in India.
