Hyundai Offers Complimentary ChargePoint Charger Or $400 Credit For 2025 IONIQ 5 Customers
Hyundai has extended its complimentary home charger and charging credit offers to all 2025 IONIQ 5 models. Buyers or lessees of the new 2025 Hyundai IONIQ 5 can choose between a ChargePoint Home Flex Level 2 charger or a $400 charging credit. This initiative aims to simplify the transition to electric vehicles by providing essential charging solutions.
Customers opting for the home charger must redeem it within 60 days of purchase or lease. The installation, which is not included in the offer, must be completed within 120 days. Hyundai's Home Marketplace assists with scheduling professional installation through Electrum's network of certified installers.
The $400 charging credit can be used across multiple networks via the ChargePoint app, including EVgo and Shell Recharge. Customers have two years from redemption to use this credit, which must be claimed within 60 days of acquiring their vehicle.

Installation Process Details
To redeem the home charger offer, customers need to create a profile on the Hyundai Home Marketplace website. They will receive an email with a coupon code from Electrum within five business days. Installation requires hardwiring by third-party electricians sourced through Hyundai Home.
For those choosing the charging credit option, setting up a ChargePoint account is necessary if they don't already have one. The coupon code received via email can be applied to their ChargePoint account for easy access to charging stations nationwide.
