Honda City Prices Hiked In India: All Details Here
Honda has raised the prices of its City model in India by up to Rs 20,000. This increase is applicable to specific variants within the lineup. The affected versions include SV MT, V MT, VX MT, VX CVT, ZX MT, and ZX CVT. The price adjustment does not impact the hybrid (e:HEV) models. The Honda City prices now range from Rs 11.82 lakh to Rs 16.63 lakh (ex-showroom).
Features & Specifications
The selected variants come equipped with an array of features. These include an 8-inch touchscreen display supporting wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay, a sound system with four speakers and four tweeters, steering-mounted controls, push-button start/stop, keyless entry, and a sunroof.

For safety, Honda provides advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) under the Honda Sensing suite. This includes six airbags, a lane watch camera, rear parking sensors, ABS with EBD, traction control, vehicle stability control, hill start assist, emergency stop signal, tyre pressure monitoring system, auto-dimming IRVM, rain-sensing wipers, and a rear windshield demister.
Performance Details
Under its hood lies a 1.5-litre inline four-cylinder i-VTEC engine delivering 119 hp and 145 Nm of torque at peak performance. Buyers can choose between manual transmission or CVT options. The manual version offers a mileage of 17.8 kmpl while the CVT variant provides slightly better efficiency at 18.4 kmpl.
The interior also boasts fully automatic climate control and telescopic tilt steering wheel for added comfort. Ambient lighting enhances the cabin's aesthetic appeal, while a wireless charger adds convenience for tech-savvy users.
