Hennessey Launches Powerful 625-Horsepower Upgrade For 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe And Suburban
Hennessey has unveiled a new 625 hp version of the 2025 Chevrolet Tahoe and Suburban SUVs. These upgraded models feature a 6.2-liter V8 engine, delivering 633 lb-ft of torque. The enhancements include a Magnuson supercharger, sport-touring exhaust, and Brembo brakes. The vehicles are now available through Hennessey's authorized Chevrolet dealers across the United States.
The H600 performance package offers both mechanical and aesthetic upgrades. It includes custom lightweight performance wheels, a suspension lowering kit, and distinctive badging. The SUVs sit on 24-inch gloss black wheels and are lowered by 2.5 inches for a sportier look. Inside and out, Hennessey badging highlights the numerous enhancements.
The power boost in these SUVs is significant, with an increase of over 200 hp to reach 625 bhp at 5,500 rpm. Torque also sees a substantial rise to 633 lb-ft at 4,200 rpm. These improvements make the Tahoe and Suburban among the most powerful SUVs available today.

Additionally, each vehicle undergoes chassis dyno testing and receives a serial-numbered engine plaque along with exterior badging from Hennessey. Limited to just 100 units in 2025, these vehicles come with a three-year / 36,000-mile warranty.
