HELLA Celebrates Robb Holland's Pikes Peak Victory And Presents Special Awards To Racers

HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA, known as FORVIA HELLA, celebrated a successful week at the 2025 Pikes Peak International Hill Climb (PPIHC). The company aimed to boost brand awareness in areas like brake systems and lighting through its involvement in the event. As part of their sponsorship, HELLA partnered with experienced racers Robb Holland and Clint Vahsholtz, both driving high-performance Porsche sports cars.

Robb Holland achieved a significant milestone by winning the Time Attack 1 Division in his HELLA-sponsored 2022 Porsche 911 GT3 Cup car. This marked his first victory in this category. Despite strong winds shortening the course for safety reasons, Holland recorded a time of 4:24.478. His car was mostly stock, except for JRZ active dampers to handle the bumpy conditions.

Clint Vahsholtz, another veteran racer supported by HELLA, received the newly established HELLA Heritage Award. This award, along with a cash prize, was given to the driver with the most finishes at Pikes Peak. Vahsholtz's extensive experience made him a deserving recipient of this honour.

The HELLA Hype Award was presented to Kyle Wilder from Wilder Racing after being selected by public vote. Rob Tinson from HELLA awarded Wilder with a special trophy and a $2000 reward for his performance in the Unlimited class with his Chevrolet Camaro SS 1LE.

HELLA engaged fans at Fan Fest with activities like spin-the-wheel prizes and a Brake Dance Mat, highlighting their global braking program relaunch. They also filmed an episode of Auto Care On Air podcast and participated in a documentary with RACER Network hosted by Robb Holland.

Looking ahead, HELLA plans to partner with Brian Deegan at the Polaris Crandon World Championships. They will sponsor the Rage on the Rocks night race and extend their collaboration to the 2026 King of Hammers race under this agreement.
