Halcyon Appoints Former McLaren CEO Mike Flewitt And Ex-Rolls-Royce Leaders To Boost EV Technology Growth

Halcyon has appointed three notable figures to its advisory board: former McLaren CEO Mike Flewitt and ex-Rolls-Royce leaders Graham Biggs and Graham Lenden. Their expertise will aid Halcyon's growth and the expansion of its 800-V electric architecture through Evice Technologies. The company is currently accepting reservations for its 2027 production, as all 2026 slots for remastered Rolls-Royce cars are already booked.

Evice Technologies, Halcyon's engineering arm, has started a confidential electrification programme for an external vehicle manufacturer. A capital raise is underway to boost Evice Technologies' capabilities and support Halcyon's scaling efforts due to high demand. This initiative aims to bring Halcyon's proprietary innovations to wider markets, enhancing its global reach.

Halcyon Welcomes New Advisors for EV Expansion

Matthew Pearson, CEO of Halcyon & Evice Technologies, expressed enthusiasm about the new appointments: "Mike Flewitt, Graham Biggs, and Graham Lenden join us at the perfect time, as we expand to meet Halcyon and Evice Technologies' demand, serving clients around the world. Their knowledge and expertise are a powerful asset, and their confidence in our vision is a great endorsement of the team's incredible work to date. It has been an absolute pleasure working together, and we're only just getting started!"

Mike Flewitt brings extensive experience from his tenure at McLaren Automotive where he significantly increased production and introduced iconic models like the P1 and Speedtail. He stated: "As a former Rolls-Royce and Bentley director, I was deeply impressed by the quality and execution of Halcyon’s stunning remastered Rolls-Royces and Bentleys, with impressive enhancements to the classic attributes across the entire car."

Graham Biggs joins with a strong background in luxury automotive communications. His previous roles include Global Corporate Communications Director at Rolls-Royce Motor Cars and Corporate Communications Director at BMW Group UK. He commented on his new role: "It’s a pleasure to work with such energetic founders, and their creative and skilful team of engineers and designers."

Strategic Vision for Electrification

Graham Lenden's experience includes key roles at Bentley Motors and Aston Martin Lagonda before becoming Rolls-Royce's Global CMO. He played a pivotal role in launching the successful Rolls-Royce Ghost model. Lenden added: "Matthew, Charlie and Will have selected the ideal iconic brands to showcase their high voltage electric technology."

The combined expertise of these advisors supports Halcyon's vision of creating top-tier electric vehicles while advancing next-generation electrification solutions for various sectors including automotive, marine, and defence industries aiming for zero emissions.

Halcyon operates independently from Rolls Royce Motor Cars Limited or Bentley Motors Limited despite using their trademarks for identification purposes only. The company focuses on remastering classic models with advanced technology in collaboration with Evice Technologies.

Evice Technologies offers comprehensive electric powertrain solutions across multiple sectors. Its proprietary 800V architecture enhances Halcyon's remastering projects by providing smooth performance that elevates driving experiences.

Halcyon was founded in 2025 by British engineers Matthew Pearson, Charlie Metcalfe, and Will Burdett. They aim to deliver bespoke design combined with expert craftsmanship through one-of-one commissions that enhance classic vehicles' essence.

The recent appointments highlight Halcyon's commitment to innovation as it continues expanding globally while maintaining high-quality standards in its offerings across different markets.
