The Gilmore Car Museum and Chrysler are collaborating to celebrate a century of Chrysler's innovation and design. From July 30 to August 2, the museum in Hickory Corners, Michigan, will showcase Chrysler's history with historic vehicles and exclusive exhibits. This event offers fans and families a chance to explore the legacy that has shaped the automotive industry.
Chrysler's 100th anniversary in 2025 marks a significant milestone. The brand honours Walter P. Chrysler's legacy of innovation and engineering excellence. As part of Stellantis, Chrysler looks forward to new releases like a refreshed Pacifica in 2026, a new crossover, and another product inspired by the Halcyon concept.
The weeklong celebration includes several highlights. On July 30, the Wednesday Night Cruise-In and Chrysler Kickoff Party will feature rare classics from different eras. From July 31 to August 1, visitors can enjoy vintage rides in legendary models like the 1932 De Soto and the 1981 Chrysler LeBaron Town & Country.
On August 2, the Reb Barns Spectacular will spotlight Chrysler at its biggest car show of the year. This event will display automotive icons such as the ultra-rare 1963 Chrysler Turbine Car and other classics like the 1924 Chrysler Six and the 1955 Chrysler 300.
The Gilmore Car Museum is North America's largest auto museum, located on a historic campus in southwest Michigan. It features over 400 vehicles on display and hosts numerous events throughout the year, making it a destination where history comes alive.
Nick LaCasse, executive director of the Gilmore Car Museum, stated, "This isn’t just a car show — it’s a full-throttle tribute to 100 years of Chrysler’s legacy." He highlighted how this event captures Chrysler's spirit of innovation through early engineering breakthroughs and futuristic concepts like the Turbine Car.
Chrysler Pacifica: Leading Innovation
The Chrysler Pacifica continues to lead its segment with class-leading safety features and available all-wheel drive. The Pacifica Plug-in Hybrid achieves an impressive fuel efficiency of 82 MPGe with an all-electric range of 32 miles. In addition, it offers a total range of up to 520 miles.
In 2025, Chrysler will also celebrate two decades of its Stow ‘n Go seating system. Additionally, the budget-friendly Voyager will return to their lineup. These developments reflect Chrysler's commitment to providing innovative solutions for modern families.
