Genesis Reveals U.S. Pricing And Features For Redesigned 2026 GV70 SUV
The 2026 GV70 SUV from Genesis is set to hit the U.S. market with a starting price of $47,985. This model showcases Genesis' "Athletic Elegance" design, blending utility with sophistication. Tedros Mengiste, COO of Genesis Motor North America, stated, "GV70 is the most popular Genesis model in North America and the 2026 model year updates bring even more excitement to our SUV lineup."
The exterior of the 2026 GV70 has been revamped with a redesigned G-Matrix Crest Grille and two-line headlamps featuring micro lens array technology. The front end now includes a bolder skid plate and extended air intake grilles for a sporty look. New 19" and 21" wheel options enhance its athletic side profile, while the rear fascia sports redesigned exhaust tips.
Inside, the GV70 offers a high-tech experience with a new 27-inch OLED display that combines the gauge cluster and infotainment system into one horizontal layout. Enhanced voice recognition controls, improved over-the-air update capabilities, and adjustable interior ambient lighting are among the features elevating the driving experience.
The cabin also includes advanced safety features like Forward Collision Avoidance Assist and Blind Spot Monitor. The available Bang & Olufsen surround system with Beosonic technology ensures rich sound quality. The GV70 comes equipped with Genesis Digital Key, Smart Key, Terrain Mode, and more for added convenience.
The 2026 GV70 offers two powertrain choices: a 2.5L turbocharged inline four-cylinder engine delivering 300 horsepower and a 3.5L twin-turbo V6 engine producing 375 horsepower. Both options come with all-wheel drive for enhanced performance.
Customers can choose from nine exterior colours at launch, including Ceres Blue inspired by the dwarf planet between Mars and Jupiter's orbits. Bering Blue will be available later, offering a metallic blend of cool blue and grey inspired by the icy Bering Sea.

The GV70 comes in several trims: The base 2.5T AWD starts at $47,985 (excluding freight), featuring an eight-speed automatic transmission and various safety systems like Lane Keeping Assist. The 2.5T Select AWD adds amenities such as a panoramic sunroof for $50,885.
For those seeking luxury, the 2.5T Advanced AWD is priced at $55,435 and includes leather seating surfaces and ventilated front seats. The top-tier 3.5T Sport Prestige AWD costs $70,095 and offers features like Nappa leather seating surfaces and carbon fibre trim.
