Genesis Expands Its Retail Presence With New Facilities Across The United States
Genesis has expanded its presence in the United States by opening seven new standalone retail facilities, bringing the total to 75 showrooms nationwide. Tedros Mengiste, COO of Genesis Motor North America, stated, "Genesis has rapidly transformed its retail presence over the last three years, now offering a network of 75 dedicated facilities across the United States." These locations allow customers to experience Genesis's award-winning lineup in an environment that reflects the brand's design and innovation.
The newly added Genesis facilities are located in various states, including California and Texas. The list includes Norm Reeves Genesis of Cerritos in California and Genesis of Mesquite in Texas. Other locations include Genesis of Braintree in Massachusetts and Genesis of Buffalo in New York. Additionally, Genesis of Conshohocken has opened in Pennsylvania, along with facilities in Virginia Beach and Lake Norman.
At each facility, customer convenience is prioritized. The open floor plan showcases distinct brand elements alongside a growing portfolio of SUVs and sedans. Customers are welcomed as honored guests and can utilize the Genesis Concierge service. This complimentary service pairs them with a personal advisor who assists with scheduling test drives and arranging vehicle delivery.
