Generation Speed: India's Own Festival Of Speed Is Here!
India is set to host Generation Speed, a premier motoring festival, from February 22-23, 2025. The event will take place at the Aamby Valley Air Strip in Lonavala, near Pune. This festival is organised by the team behind India Bike Week, which annually attracts over 20,000 motorcycle fans. Generation Speed aims to celebrate India's rich motoring culture, rooted in its historical automotive passion.
What's The Event All About?
The festival promises a wide range of attractions. Over 200 vehicles will be on display, including classic sports cars, race cars, supercars, and modified vehicles. Visitors can also enjoy a shopping expo featuring the latest gear and gadgets. Thrilling competitions such as Drift Competitions and Autocross races are planned alongside driving experiences like go-karting and race car sessions.
Martin Da Costa, Founder and CEO of 70 EMG, highlights that Generation Speed seeks to transform India's motoring scene. It offers a platform for enthusiasts of sports cars, classic cars, modified vehicles, off-road vehicles, and motorcycles to connect and share their passion. The festival is expected to become a national movement with year-round excitement culminating in India's largest automobile celebration.
Tickets for Generation Speed 2025 are now available with various options to suit different preferences. Early Bird pricing is offered until January 26th or until 2,000 tickets are sold. These rates apply to Day Passes and Weekend Passes. Later phases provide General Access with slightly higher prices as the event approaches.

Adventure seekers can look forward to activities such as ziplining, rock climbing, and ATV trails. Family-friendly zones ensure entertainment for all ages against the scenic Sahyadri mountains backdrop with music from DJs and live bands enhancing the atmosphere.
