Formula E Announces Celebrity Participants For Evo Sessions At Miami Driving Challenge
Formula E has unveiled its "Evo Sessions," a unique motorsports experience featuring 11 global personalities from sports, tech, and entertainment. These participants will have the chance to drive the Formula E GEN3 Evo, the fastest electric race car. The lineup includes actors, influencers, and athletes who will learn to handle these advanced machines that accelerate faster than Formula 1 cars.
The latest additions to the lineup are actor Tom Felton, known for his role in Harry Potter; professional driver and creator Driver61; automotive presenter Supercar Blondie; and Mexican motorsports enthusiast JUCA. They join previously announced names like Brooklyn Peltz Beckham, Sergio Agüero, Emelia Hartford, Cleo Abram, Lucien Laviscount, and Vinnie Hacker. Combined, these personalities boast a following of over 300 million people worldwide.
Each participant will be paired with one of the 11 Formula E race teams. These teams include renowned brands such as Porsche, McLaren, Nissan, Maserati, Jaguar, Mahindra, Andretti, DS Penske, Cupra Kiro, Lola Yamaha ABT, and Envision. Brooklyn Peltz Beckham is already confirmed to team up with Jaguar TCS Racing and will drive the Jaguar I-TYPE 7 under the guidance of Mitch Evans.
The Evo Sessions will span six weeks of intensive training with professional drivers. Participants will undergo simulator sessions, physical conditioning, driver coaching, hardware customization, and engineering briefings. This preparation culminates in a two-day track event at Miami International Autodrome on March 5-6, 2025.
The entire journey from novice to racer will be documented through social media content shared by both the participants and Formula E channels. Fans can follow their progress in real-time during the event days. A feature-length documentary capturing this experience is set for release later in 2025.

Supercar Blondie added: "I’ve driven some of the most incredible cars in the world... I’ll likely be the slowest Formula E driver ever but I’ll definitely have fun behind the wheel!"
