EasyPark Group Acquires Parkopedia To Enhance Driver Experience With Advanced Technology
EasyPark Group has finalised its acquisition of Parkopedia, a leader in connected car services and mobility data. This strategic move aims to enhance the driver experience by integrating advanced in-car technology with EasyPark's digital parking solutions. The collaboration between EasyPark and Parkopedia spans over a decade. It focuses on creating a fully integrated driver experience. Parkopedia's expertise in in-car data for parking, EV charging, fueling, and tolling complements EasyPark's digital payment solutions. This integration aims to serve a broader range of vehicles and customer profiles.

The acquisition is supported by investment firms Vitruvian Partners, Verdane, and Searchlight Capital Partners L.P., who own the joint company. However, the terms of the transaction remain undisclosed.
