Continental GT Secures Three Prestigious Awards In Europe For Luxury Performance
The Bentley Continental GT has solidified its reputation as a leading Grand Tourer by winning three prestigious awards. The fourth-generation model, known for its blend of luxury and performance, has been recognised in Germany and Switzerland. This achievement underscores its enduring appeal and innovative design.
In Germany, the Continental GT was voted 'Best Cars' in the luxury import category by readers of Auto Motor und Sport magazine. This marks the fourth consecutive year it has received this honour. Over 94,000 readers participated, evaluating 462 models across 13 categories.
Additionally, Auto Bild magazine's readers selected the Continental GT as the 'Best Company Car' in the luxury import category. These accolades highlight the car's popularity and performance in a competitive market.
In Switzerland, Auto Illustrierte magazine's readers named the Continental GT 'Best Cars' in the luxury class for the second consecutive year. This recognition further cements its status as a top choice among luxury vehicles.
The latest Continental GT introduces a new design DNA for Bentley, featuring modern details like a single headlight design not seen since the 1950s. It also debuts a hybrid powertrain with an electric range of 81 km and CO2 emissions of just 29 g/km.
This model includes an 'Ultra Performance Hybrid' engine delivering 782 PS and 1,000 Nm of torque. The all-new Continental GT Speed variant offers enhanced performance, reaching 0-100 km/h in just 3.2 seconds with a top speed of 335 km/h.
