Citroen Aircross X Launched At ₹8.29 Lakh - New Forest Green Colour & Features
French carmaker Citroën has expanded its lineup in India with the launch of the New Aircross X, priced from ₹8.29 lakh (ex-showroom). The new Citroen Aircross X joins the recently introduced Basalt X and C3X, further strengthening the brand's Citroën 2.0 "Shift Into the New" strategy.
Prices start at ₹8.29 lakh for the PureTech 82 MT five-seater base variant, rising to ₹13.49 lakh for the top-spec PureTech 110 AT Max trim. Dual-tone roof finishes and the 360° camera package are offered as optional extras for added customisation.

The New Aircross X is available with both five-seater and seven-seater configurations. The exterior continues Citroën's bold design language with dual-tone paint schemes, signature DRLs, and SUV-inspired proportions.
A new Deep Forest Green shade has been introduced for the Aircross X, adding to its colour palette, which includes Polar White, Steel Grey, Garnet Red, Cosmo Blue, and Perla Nera Black. Also seen is the new Aircross X badging at the rear.
Inside, Citroën has focused on creating a premium, lounge-like cabin for the Aircross X. Highlights include ventilated leatherette seats, a bezel-less 10.25-inch infotainment touchscreen, a 7-inch digital instrument cluster, diffused ambient lighting, and footwell illumination.
Gold interior accents and a redesigned gear lever complete the refreshed cabin look. The Citroen Aircross X offers the best-in-class wheelbase, flexible seating, roof-mounted AC vents for the second and third rows and a 511-litre boot.
Powertrain options include the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine that pushes out 82PS and is offered with a manual transmission and the 1.2-litre turbo-petrol engine with 110PS on tap. The turbo-petrol Basalt X is offered with both a manual and an automatic transmission. Citroën also offers a dealer-fitted optional CNG kit for the Basalt X.
Under the skin, Citroën continues to offer its Advanced Comfort Suspension tuned for Indian roads. The system is engineered to deliver the brand's signature "flying carpet ride," which the firm states smooths out potholes and uneven surfaces across both city and highway conditions.
The Basalt X is offered with CARA, Citroën's intelligent in-car multilingual assistant that understands 52 languages, controls key functions like locks and tyre pressure, provides live updates including flight details and cricket scores, and features built-in safety tools such as SOS alerts and crash notifications.
The Aircross X also gets convenience features such as passive entry with push start, cruise control with speed limiter, ventilated seats, auto-dimming IRVM, and a 360-degree camera system with satellite view for improved visibility while parking or manoeuvring. Safety is supported by a high-strength body structure, six airbags, ESP, hill-hold assist, ABS with EBD, and rear parking sensors.
