Cars Launching In November 2025: 2nd Gen Mass Market Special, 7-Seat EV Flagship & The Nostalgia Special

The festive season may be over, but the post-GST sales boom is continuing, and the excitement for new car launches continues into November. The coming weeks will see some of the most anticipated models arrive across key SUV segments, catering to audiences looking for either their first SUV, a family SUV, or even one that evokes nostalgia.

So, let's take a deeper look at what's in store for us this November and see what you can expect from the three SUVs confirmed to arrive on our roads in November 2025...

2025 Hyundai Venue (Gen 2)

Launch Date: 4 November 2025

South Korean carmaker Hyundai is set to launch the second-generation Venue, which promises significant updates to the SUV's design, technology, and comfort. The new-gen Hyundai Venue is expected to start at around Rs 7.5 lakh (ex-showroom) and will continue to compete with the Maruti Suzuki Brezza, Kia Sonet, Tata Nexon, Skoda Kylaq, and Mahindra XUV 3XO. Bookings are currently open ahead of the price reveal.

Inside, the 2025 Venue will feature dual 12.3-inch screens, Level 2 ADAS, powered and ventilated front seats, a Bose premium sound system, a wireless phone charger, dual-zone automatic climate control, a 360-degree camera, and a sunroof. Safety tech will include TPMS, ABS with EBD, ESC, six airbags, parking sensors, and an electronic parking brake with auto hold.

Powertrain options for the new Venue will continue to include the 1.2-litre naturally aspirated petrol engine, the 1.0-litre turbo GDi petrol (N Line), and the 1.5-litre diesel. All engine options will be offered with both manual and automatic gearbox options.

Tata Sierra

Launch Date: 25 November 2025

The Tata Sierra is returning in a modern avatar, ready to challenge midsize SUVs such as the Hyundai Creta, Maruti Suzuki Grand Vitara, and Kia Seltos. The all-new Tata Sierra is expected to be priced between Rs 11 lakh and Rs 20 lakh (ex-showroom) for the ICE version, which will launch first. The Tata Sierra EV is expected to arrive a few months after its ICE sibling.

The Sierra will see the debut of a triple-screen dashboard (a first for Tata), combining a driver's display, infotainment screen, and a co-passenger entertainment screen. Other expected highlights include a panoramic sunroof, wireless charging pad, dual-zone climate control, powered and ventilated front seats, and a premium audio system.

In terms of powertrains, Tata will likely offer a new 170 PS 1.5-litre T-GDI turbo-petrol engine and the familiar 118 PS 1.5-litre diesel. Transmission options should include a six-speed manual and a seven-speed DCT. The Sierra EV is expected to come with multiple battery pack options and a range of around 500km.

Mahindra XEV 9S

Expected Launch: November 27

Mahindra is preparing to introduce the XEV 9S, the electric version of its XUV700 ICE flagship. Based on the INGLO architecture, the XEV 9S will feature a three-row layout and the design is expected to be a mix of the firm's EV design language with the familiar XUV700

The new Mahindra XEV 9S is expected to feature the same triple-screen display setup as the XEV 9e as well as a panoramic sunroof, ventilated and powered front seats with memory, a wireless charger, multi-zone climate control, and a premium audio setup.

Safety features are expected to include Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, TPMS, ESC, ABS with EBD, and multiple airbags. Powertrain options could include two battery packs-59kWh and 79kWh-with single-motor rear-wheel-drive and dual-motor all-wheel-drive configurations, depending on the variant.
