The 1938 Talbot-Lago T150 C Lago Spéciale Teardrop Coupé by Figoni et Falaschi is a standout. Known for its teardrop shape, it is considered a piece of art from the 1930s. This model, chassis no. 90034, was ordered as a replacement for a Bugatti Type 50 and remains unique due to its bespoke design features.

Another highlight is the sole-surviving 1949 Talbot-Lago T26 Grand Sport Coupe by Dubos Frères. With only two coupes built to this design, chassis no. T26GS110102 retains its original body and matching-numbers components. It won a Grand Prix at the 1949 Concours d'Elegance du Bois de Boulogne in Paris.

The auction will also feature the first public sale of the Ferrari 166 Spyder Corsa by Ansaloni. Produced in 1948, this car was Enzo Ferrari's first customer competition vehicle. Its V12 engine was designed with Gioacchino Colombo and has been meticulously maintained throughout its life.

This Ferrari spent over five decades with the Clark family in the United States before joining an esteemed American collection in 2015. It retains its original chassis and engine, documented through Ferrari Classiche Certification.

Other Notable Entries

The auction includes a Pebble Beach class-winning 1939 Lagonda V12 Rapide James Young Drophead Coupé. This rare model underwent extensive restoration and took First in Class at Pebble Beach in 2018.

A Classiche Certified 1965 Ferrari 275 GTS will also be presented. Known for its partnership between Pininfarina and Ferrari, this model combines luxury design with superb performance from its Colombo-designed V12 engine.

Siata's Final Creation

The Siata 208S Motto Spider is another notable entry. Only 53 examples were built, with chassis no. BS 535 being the last produced. This car has undergone extensive restoration and won several prestigious awards at concours events worldwide.

Maserati's Racing Heritage

The Maserati 6CM Factory Works car is among the prewar era's most successful race cars. Chassis no. 1531 was victorious at the Nürburgring Internationales Eifelrennen in 1936 and continues to compete in historic races today.

This auction promises to attract renowned collectors seeking to add these desirable automobiles to their collections. The complete digital catalogue is available for interested bidders who can register to bid through Broad Arrow Auctions' website.

The event marks Broad Arrow's expansion into Europe as they become the official auction house for Concorso d’Eleganza Villa d’Este in Italy starting May 2025.
