BMW I Ventures Invests In GreenSpark Software To Enhance Metal Recycling Industry Efficiency
BMW i Ventures has announced an investment in GreenSpark Software, a company based in New York City that develops modern software for the metal recycling industry. This investment round also saw participation from existing investors Zero Infinity Partners and Third Prime. The funding will enable GreenSpark to accelerate its product development, expand into larger enterprise markets, and foster innovation in a sector that has been historically underserved by technology.
The recycled materials industry, valued at over $120 billion, plays a vital role in the recycling ecosystem. However, it has lacked advanced software solutions to streamline operations across finance, logistics, and commercial functions.
