Bentley Residences Unveils Exclusive Luxury Amenities Including Pet Spa In Sunny Isles Beach
Bentley Motors and Dezer Development have unveiled plans for an exclusive residential tower in Miami, featuring 20,000 square feet of amenities. This Bentley-branded tower will offer five-star hospitality and is set to redefine luxury living. Residents will enjoy a unique blend of comfort and style, with facilities designed to cater to their every need.
The development will include a 114-square-foot pet spa, crafted with Bentley's signature detailing. This facility will provide grooming, washing, and drying services for residents' pets. Additionally, a beauty salon with stunning sea views will complement the 216 meticulously designed residences. These amenities are part of a broader offering that includes concierge services, fitness centres, a whisky bar, cigar lounge, cinema, and an exclusive restaurant led by award-winning chef Todd English.
Construction of the Bentley Residences began in 2024 and is progressing well. The project is expected to be completed by the first quarter of 2028. Located on Sunny Isles Beach in Miami, this 62-floor tower will occupy 2.4 acres of prime beachfront property. Each residence will feature private balconies with heated swimming pools, summer kitchens, and spacious living areas.
Residents will have the convenience of travelling directly to their apartments inside their cars using the 'Dezervator lift,' named after Dezer Development. This innovative feature ensures seamless privacy for all occupants. The building's design has been led by Bentley designers in collaboration with Dezer Development and Sieger Suarez Architects.
The communal spaces within Bentley Residences have been thoughtfully curated to foster a sense of community while providing relaxation and social opportunities. The cinema room mimics the interior of a Bentley car, offering an immersive experience with cosseting sofas wrapping around three walls.

The games room is equipped with state-of-the-art VR headsets and simulators for golf and driving enthusiasts. The whisky bar's design draws inspiration from Bentley's iconic matrix grille, creating an illusion of weightlessness as it appears suspended from the ceiling.
Bentley Residences aims to offer a transformative wellness experience through complete sensorial immersion. Residents can connect, re-energise, and relax in this luxurious environment. Pricing for these residences starts at $5.8 million.
