Bentley Motors Achieves Recognition As UK Top Employer For 2025 With Enhanced Workplace Practices
Bentley Motors has been recognised as a top employer in the UK for the 14th year in a row. The Top Employer Institute has included Bentley in its prestigious list for 2025, highlighting the company's dedication to fostering an innovative and inclusive work environment. This recognition underscores Bentley's commitment to enhancing workplace culture through strategic initiatives.
Dr. Karen Lange, Board Member for Human Resources, expressed pride in this achievement. "For more than 100 years, our people have been the foundation of Bentley’s success, and we are incredibly proud to once again be recognised as a UK Top Employer. Our colleagues are the driving force behind our achievements, and their dedication, diversity, and determination are what enables us to deliver extraordinary experiences for our customers across the world."
Bentley's inclusion in the Top Employer list reflects its focus on Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB). The company has improved its scores across all evaluation categories compared to last year. This progress highlights Bentley's ongoing investment in creating an exceptional experience for its employees.
The Top Employer Institute evaluates companies based on six HR and business practice categories. Bentley excelled in areas such as strategic direction, work environment, learning opportunities, and DEIB initiatives. These efforts align with Bentley's Beyond100+ strategy aimed at transforming its operations.
Bentley's Beyond100+ strategy is central to its future plans. Announced last November, this strategy includes launching the brand's first fully electric car by 2026. By 2035, Bentley aims to offer a completely electric product range. This ambitious plan requires collaboration and innovation among employees.
Dr. Lange emphasised the importance of teamwork during this transformative period: "We’re embarking on the most transformative chapter in our company’s history, as we look to offer a fully electric product portfolio by 2035, so it’s crucial that we continue with our focus on collaboration and leveraging our collective skills to drive innovation and create lasting, positive change."
This recognition from the Top Employer Institute not only celebrates Bentley's past achievements but also sets a benchmark for future growth. The company's commitment to employee wellbeing and development remains a cornerstone of its success.
