Bangalore Toll Fee Hiked: New & Old Toll Details Here
Starting July 1, toll fees will increase on the Electronics City elevated expressway and the tolled road to Attibele. The expressway, stretching 9.98 km, and the 14.38 km road to Attibele will see a hike in charges. This adjustment is based on the Wholesale Price Index (WPI) as of March 31, 2025, and will be effective until June 30, 2026.
The Electronics City flyover is Bengaluru's longest continuous flyover, linking Silk Board Junction to Electronics City in the city's south. It features four lanes on the elevated section and six lanes at ground level. The toll hike varies between 15% and 20%, depending on vehicle type.


Toll Charges for Different Vehicles
For two-wheelers using the flyover, multiple journeys now cost Rs 40, while a monthly pass is Rs 755, up from Rs 35 and Rs 720 respectively. Single-journey tolls remain unchanged. Car/Jeep/van drivers face new charges of Rs 65, Rs 95, and Rs 1,885 for different passes, increased from Rs 60, Rs 90, and Rs 1,795.
Light commercial vehicles are now charged Rs 90 for a single journey, Rs 130 for multiple journeys, and Rs 2,640 for a monthly pass. Previously these were priced at Rs 85, Rs 125, and Rs 2,515 respectively. Truck/bus drivers will pay new rates of Rs 175 for a single journey, Rs 265 for multiple journeys, and Rs 5,275 for a monthly pass.
Revised Toll Rates at Attibele
At the Attibele toll plaza, cars/Jeeps/vans are charged Rs 40 for a single journey, with multiple journeys costing Rs 55 and a monthly pass at Rs 130. Light commercial vehicles face charges of Rs 65 for single journeys and higher rates for other options. Trucks/buses have revised fees of Rs 125 for single journeys.
Multi-axle vehicles using the flyover are now charged significantly more: single journeys cost Rs 330; multiple journeys are priced at Rs 530; monthly passes are now at an increased rate of Rs 10,550 compared to previous rates of Rs 295, Rs 440 and Rs 8,780 respectively.
NICE Road Toll Adjustments
Toll fees on NICE Road will also rise starting midnight on July 1. This semi-ring road in Bengaluru has its user fees revised according to an agreement between Nandi Infrastructure Corridor Enterprise (NICE) Limited and Karnataka's government dated September 4, 2000.
The BETPL maintains the National Highway NH-44 section from Central Board Junction to Attibele over a distance of approximately 24.365 km. Global Infrastructure Partners from Mumbai acts as the concessionaire under an agreement allowing annual fee revisions based on WPI.
