VE Commercial Vehicles (VECV), a collaboration between the Volvo Group and Eicher Motors, unveiled its latest 'Sustainable and Smart Mobility' lineup at the Bharat Mobility Global Expo 2025 in New Delhi on 17 January 2024. This range includes an assortment of trucks and buses equipped with eco-friendly technologies and designed with the driver's needs in mind. These innovations are poised to transform both the passenger and cargo transport sectors significantly.

Among the notable highlights was the Volvo FM 420 Tractor equipped with a Camera Monitor System (CMS) and advanced driver assistance systems (ADAS), showcasing a significant technological leap in the Indian commercial vehicle sector. This model eliminates traditional side mirrors in favor of cameras, enhancing safety and efficiency. Also featured was the Volvo FM 420 LNG Tractor, tailored for mineral transport with its high ground clearance and heavy-duty pneumatic suspension, demonstrating VECV’s commitment to innovative and sustainable transport solutions.
Furthermore, VECV announced the launch of Eicher's first electric SCV range, marking the company's entry into the 2-3.5T segment and reinforcing its dedication to eco-friendly transport solutions.
