Auto Expo 2025 Skoda Superb Unveiled At Bharat Mobility Global Expo
Skoda Auto India unveiled the new Superb at Auto Expo 2025, showcasing its modern design, luxurious interior, and 2.0-litre TSI engine.
Czech carmaker Skoda unveiled its updated series of vehicles at Auto Expo 2025, with the new Superb model taking the spotlight as the star of the show. This unveiling marks the entry of the fourth-generation Superb in India.
The new Skoda Superb boasts a thorough makeover in both its external and internal aspects. The new Superb grabs attention with its contemporary design elements such as the sleek sweptback headlights, a larger grille with vertical slats, redesigned bumpers, stylish alloy wheels, and modern LED taillights that wrap around the vehicle.
The Superb's interior has seen a significant transformation, now featuring a standout freestanding touchscreen for the infotainment center, updated dual-tone upholstery, and a trio of dials on the center console for improved usability. Skoda has also introduced a new two-spoke steering wheel, adding a touch of modernity to the cabin's design. These upgrades demonstrate Skoda's dedication to enhancing the overall experience of driving and owning their vehicles.
Moving to performance aspects, the Superb is expected to come with a powerful 2.0-litre TSI petrol engine, capable of producing 201bhp and 330Nm of torque. This engine is coupled with a seven-speed DCT gearbox, the sole transmission choice, ensuring a seamless and engaging driving experience. Highlighting its international appeal, Skoda plans to import the Superb to India as a Completely Built-Up (CBU) unit, reflecting the company's strategy for this model in the Indian market.
