Porsche Macan EV Launched For Rs 1.21 Crore At Auto Expo 2025 - Another One Goes Silent
German sports car specialist Porsche has launched the Macan EV at Autoi Expo 2025. Prices for the Porsche Macan EV start at Rs 1.21 crore, ex-showroom for the base RWD variant. With the introduction of the new base RWD and 4S variants, the new Macan EV range in India consists of three trim levels with the top-spec Turbo variant now priced at Rs 1.68 Crore (ex-showroom).
Porsche's unwavering commitment to blending performance with luxury and sustainability is evident in the Macan EV. With features like advanced suspension, leading charging and range capabilities, and an elegantly designed exterior and interior, the Macan EV embodies Porsche's spirit of innovation and its pursuit of automotive excellence.

The Turbo Electric model is powered by a 100 kWh battery pack and is based on the Premium Platform Electric (PPE) design, supporting rapid charging that allows the battery to charge from 10% to 80% in merely 21 minutes with up to 270 kW rapid charging.
The Macan EV's efficiency is evident in its impressive WLTP range of 518 km to 590 km, extending to an urban range of 670 km to 762 km, underlining Porsche's commitment to performance alongside sustainability.
The Turbo variant of the Macan EV showcases its prowess with a 576 bhp output, which can surge to 630 bhp and 1,130 Nm of torque with Launch Control and Overboost enabled. The top-spec Macan Electric can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.3 seconds and has a top speed of 260 kmph whereas the 4S variant boasts 442 bhp and can sprint from 0 to 100 kmph in just 3.9 seconds.
All models come equipped with Porsche Active Suspension Management (PASM) and Porsche Torque Vectoring Plus, ensuring agile and responsive handling. The addition of rear-axle steering further enhances its driving dynamics.
