Auto Expo 2025 MG Majestor Showcased
MG Motor has introduced the Majestor SUV at Auto Expo 2025. The Majestor looks to be the facelifted version of the Gloster that we've been seeing over the past few months.
The Majestor distinguishes itself from the current with a host of external updates that underscore its premium status. A striking black grille, modern LED Daytime Running Lights (DRLs), and vertical headlights enhance its road presence.
The Majestor SUV also features sturdy skid plates, contemporary dual-tone alloy wheels, convenient running boards, revised LED taillights, a unique black insert above the rear light bar, and elegant dual exhaust tips. These design improvements not only boost the vehicle's visual appeal but also affirm its luxury positioning.
Upon entering the 2025 MG Majestor, passengers are greeted with luxurious interior enhancements aimed at maximizing comfort and connectivity. The cabin's highlight is a 12.3-inch freestanding touchscreen infotainment system, positioned as the focal point of the dashboard.
Additional features aimed at enhancing the driving experience include a panoramic sunroof, a suite of Level 2 Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS) for increased safety, a fully digital instrument console, three-zone climate control for individualized comfort, and wireless mobile charging for added convenience.
Despite the substantial upgrades in aesthetics and technology, the Majestor is expected to continue with the same powertrain found in the current MG Gloster. It is expected to be equipped with the Gloster's 2.0-litre, twin-turbo diesel engine capable of producing 213bhp and 478Nm of torque. This engine will be coupled with an eight-speed automatic transmission. Additionally, for those desiring greater off-road capabilities, there will be an optional 4x4 system, making the Majestor a versatile choice for luxury SUV buyers.
Combining stylish design, advanced technology, and robust performance, the Majestor aims to set a new benchmark for luxury SUVs in the market and if the SUV seen at Auto Expo 2025 is anything to go by, will be quite upgrade from the current Gloster.
