MG Cyberster Showcased At Auto Expo 2025 - Sporty Drop Top EV
At the 2025 Bharat Mobility Expo, MG Motor India highlighted its commitment to enhancing its offerings in the premium segment by showcasing the Cyberster electric roadster. This move signifies the company's strategy to not only expand its product lineup but also to introduce these high-end models through MG Select dealerships, a novel sales channel aimed at providing an exclusive customer experience.
The Cyberster, set to be MG's flagship model in India, represents a blend of advanced design and technology. Pre-reservations for this electric roadster are already open, with the official booking and delivery process set to kick off in March and April, respectively.
The Cyberster's design is a testament to MG's vision of the future, featuring a sleek exterior with sweptback projector headlamps, a clear indication of its electric essence through a blanked-off grille, and eye-catching butterfly doors.
Its road stance is further enhanced by large, dual-tone alloy wheels, a prominent rear diffuser, an LED light strip, and uniquely designed rear turn indicators. A convertible soft-top roof adds to its sports car allure, and it comes in four striking colors: Dynamic Red, Inca Yellow, Cosmic Silver, and English White.

Inside, the Cyberster is a marvel of modern technology and luxury, with a curved display that encompasses three digital screens, offering easy access to vehicle functions and entertainment options. The cabin's luxury is amplified by an elegantly designed three-spoke steering wheel, electrically adjustable and ventilated seats, Advanced Driver Assistance Systems (ADAS), a 360-degree camera, and automatic climate control, ensuring a blend of comfort, safety, and convenience.
The Cyberster's performance is as remarkable as its design. It is equipped with a 77kWh battery pack paired with two electric motors, producing a powerful 510bhp and 725Nm of torque. This enables the sports car to sprint from 0-100kmph in a mere 3.2 seconds, while offering an impressive range of 510km on a single charge, setting a new standard for electric vehicle performance and range.
