Feedback from partner teams and AMR engineers helps evaluate each driver's strategic skills and teamwork abilities. The standout candidate will demonstrate exceptional potential for future development.

The prize for the successful graduate includes financial support for their 2026 race programme and guidance tailored to their season plans. This support helps them advance their careers with assistance from the factory.
