A recent study by Isuzu UK highlights Ambleside in the Lake District as the top dog walking spot in the UK. Many Brits are willing to travel an average of 69 miles for a perfect walk, with 84% acknowledging that these walks enhance their mental well-being. To support these adventures, Isuzu has introduced dog-friendly D-Max accessories, ensuring safer and more comfortable journeys for both owners and their pets.

Ambleside leads the list of favourite dog walking locations, followed by Snowdonia's dramatic landscapes and Hampshire's New Forest. Richmond Park in London and Hampstead Heath also rank highly. Other notable spots include Brecon Beacons National Park, Sherwood Forest, and Hadrian’s Wall. Glencoe in the Scottish Highlands is praised for its trails and waterfalls, while Sussex's South Downs offers scenic chalk hills.

When choosing walking companions, partners lead at 53%, followed by sons and daughters at 23% each. Best friends account for 13%, while some prefer solo walks with their dogs.
