Alfa Romeo Introduces Intensa Special Series For 2025 Tonale, Stelvio And Giulia Models
Alfa Romeo has introduced the Intensa special series for its 2025 models: Tonale, Stelvio, and Giulia. This series, debuting at the 2025 Brussels Motor Show, showcases a unique two-tone design that highlights Alfa Romeo's "intense" identity. The Intensa series is now available for order, with prices starting at $44,495 for the Tonale Intensa featuring a 2.0-liter turbo engine.
The Intensa special series pays homage to Alfa Romeo's legacy of Italian design and performance. Chris Feuell, head of Alfa Romeo North America, stated, "From legendary cars like the 33 Stradale and Giulia to our unforgettable triumphs in F1 and DTM, Alfa Romeo's legacy is defined by iconic Italian design, performance and passion." This new series embodies these qualities through its bold two-tone aesthetics.
The Tonale Intensa stands out with its sophisticated Italian design and advanced technology. It offers two powertrain options: a 1.3-liter PHEV with 285 horsepower and a 33-mile electric range or a 2.0-liter turbocharged engine producing 268 horsepower. Key features include black alloy wheels with a light-gold finish, black Alcantara seats with tan stitching, and a Uconnect 5 system with a 10.25-inch touchscreen.
The Stelvio Intensa combines luxury with sporty elements. It features standard Q4 all-wheel drive and an eight-speed automatic transmission paired with a 280-horsepower engine delivering 306 lb.-ft. of torque. The exterior boasts black alloy wheels and an Italian flag on side mirrors, while the interior includes leather sport seats with tan stitching and aluminum sport pedals.
The Giulia Intensa offers high-performance specs alongside its distinctive design theme. It comes equipped with a turbocharged engine generating 280 horsepower and an eight-speed automatic transmission. The interior features leather seats with tan contrast stitching and aluminum sport pedals, providing both comfort and style.
