Nick Yelloly secured the pole position for the #93 Acura Meyer Shank Racing with Curb Agajanian team at Road America. This marks their third consecutive pole in 2025 for the IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship. Yelloly and teammate Renger van der Zande aim to continue their winning streak after victories in Detroit and Watkins Glen.

The Acura MSR team is eager to achieve their first GTP era win at Road America. Their last victory at this track was in 2022 with the DPi-spec Acura ARX-05. Colin Braun and Tom Blomqvist, winners of the previous race, will start from fourth position. The qualifying session was extremely competitive, with only 0.08 seconds separating the top four cars on the four-mile circuit.

Yelloly expressed his satisfaction with securing pole position, stating, "Very happy about getting the pole, of course it's the best place to start. And I got a couple more points as well." He acknowledged a minor mistake but praised his team for providing a competitive car.

Braun commented on his qualifying experience: "Decent qualifying for us. Struggled a little bit this morning just to get a clean lap, but I knew we had a good car." He congratulated Yelloly and noted the competitiveness of the GTP class.
