AA Partners With Jameel Motors To Provide Nationwide Aftersales Support For Farizon SV Electric Van
Jameel Motors, the UK distributor for the Farizon SV van, has partnered with the AA to provide extensive aftersales support across the UK. This collaboration ensures comprehensive service, maintenance, repair, and roadside assistance for Farizon SV customers. The agreement includes 100 mobile technicians and over 200 workshops nationwide, offering a seamless solution at no extra cost to customers.
The Farizon SV is backed by a robust warranty package. It includes a four-year or 120,000-mile bumper-to-bumper warranty and an eight-year or 120,000-mile battery warranty. Additionally, there is a three-year paint warranty and a decade-long anti-perforation warranty. These warranties offer long-term assurance to customers.
The AA's support package for Farizon includes regular service and maintenance through its 213 certified workshops. Over 100 mobile technicians provide nationwide coverage. New Farizon SV vans come with one year of AA Roadside Assistance included in the purchase price, which transfers with ownership.
Kate McLaren from Jameel Motors UK stated: "Minimising downtime is paramount for van users and we’ve been determined to ensure we can instil absolute peace of mind for our customers." She emphasised that this partnership strengthens the appeal of the Farizon SV for fleets and sole traders alike.
The AA aims to fulfil routine service bookings within 48 hours and provides a dedicated helpline for bookings and technical enquiries. Their roadside assistance boasts an average response time of just 49 minutes, ensuring swift support when needed.

Showcasing at Commercial Vehicle Show
The Farizon SV will be showcased at the Commercial Vehicle Show in Birmingham from April 29 to May 1. Visitors can view a model wrapped in AA livery at the GreenFleet Decarbonisation Hub during the event.
