2025 Renault Kiger & Triber: Top Changes To Know
Renault has unveiled the 2025 versions of the Kiger and Triber, starting at Rs. 6.10 lakh (ex-showroom). Both models now come with enhanced features across all variants. The update follows Renault's launch of its first 'R Store' showroom in Ambattur, Chennai, marking a global first for the brand.
Feature Enhancements Across Variants
The Kiger and Triber now include four power windows and remote central locking as standard. From the RXL trim upwards, an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with Android Auto and Apple CarPlay is available. Steering-mounted controls and a rear-view camera are also included.

In terms of additional features, the RXT variant of the Triber and RXT(O) variant of the Kiger now sport flex wheels. The top-spec RXZ Turbo variant of the Kiger includes a smart access card with remote engine start functionality.
Engine Specifications
Both vehicles are E20 compliant, aligning with updated emission standards. The Kiger is powered by a 999cc three-cylinder petrol engine, delivering 71bhp and 96Nm torque. Alternatively, it offers a turbo-petrol variant producing 99bhp and 160Nm torque. Transmission options include a five-speed manual, five-speed AMT, and CVT.
The Triber shares the same 999cc naturally aspirated engine as the Kiger. It pairs with either a five-speed manual or a five-speed AMT gearbox. These updates ensure both models meet current environmental regulations while offering varied driving experiences.

Pricing Details
The RXT(O) Turbo CVT variant of the Kiger benefits from a price reduction, now costing Rs 10 lakh (ex-showroom). This adjustment makes it more competitive in its segment while maintaining its appeal through advanced features.
The dual-tone paint options for both models incur an extra cost of Rs. 23,000 over standard pricing. This allows customers to personalise their vehicles further while enjoying the new feature set introduced in these iterations.
Renault's strategic updates to the Kiger and Triber aim to enhance customer satisfaction by offering modern features at competitive prices. These changes reflect Renault's commitment to innovation and customer-centric design in India's dynamic automobile market.
