2025 Hyundai Creta Updated With New Variants - Prices Hiked
Hyundai has announced an update to its Creta SUV lineup, introducing two new variants - SX Premium and EX(O). These updated Hyundai Creta lineup brings a range of upgraded features and new color options and an increase in price for several top-spec trims.
Starting with the newly introduced Hyundai Creta EX(O) variant, it's positioned as a more accessible option for those desiring premium features like a panoramic sunroof and LED reading lamps. Priced from Rs 12.97 lakh, this variant is available with both 1.5-litre turbo-diesel and 1.5-litre naturally aspirated petrol engines, offering a choice between a 6-speed manual and a CVT transmission.
The Creta's SX Premium variant is now outfitted with an array of extra features, including a Bose 8-speaker sound system, ventilated front seats, and an 8-way power-adjustable driver's seat. Further adding to its luxury credentials are leather upholstery for all seats and additional legroom for second-row passengers, thanks to scooped-out front row seatbacks. With a starting price of Rs 16.18 lakh, THe Hyundai Creta SX Premium is available with the same engine and transmission options as the EX(O), except for the turbo-diesel engine which is limited to a manual transmission.
Regarding the existing SX(O) variants, they have seen a price adjustment, with most experiencing a hike of Rs 8,000. This adjustment brings the starting price of these trims to Rs 17.46 lakh. However, it's interesting to note that the diesel automatic version of the SX(O) remains unaffected by this price increase, maintaining its price at Rs 19.99 lakh.
Hyundai has also taken this opportunity to introduce new features across the board. Starting from the S(O) variants, a smart key with a motion sensor will now be standard. Additionally, the SX(O) trims have been upgraded to include a rain sensor, a rear wireless charger, and scooped seatbacks for improved comfort. Complementing these feature updates, Hyundai is offering two new colour choices - Titan Grey Matte and Starry Night - across all variants of the Creta, allowing customers to personalize their vehicles further.
This refresh of the Hyundai Creta range, with its enhanced features, new variant additions, and updated pricing, signifies Hyundai's commitment to keeping its offerings competitive and appealing to a broad spectrum of car buyers.
