BYD Launches 2025 Seal And Atto 3 - Celebrating The Seal
In celebration of the first anniversary of the launch of the Seal in India, BYD India has announced updates for the BYD Seal sedan and Atto 3 SUV for the 2025 model year. These upgrades focus on enhancing comfort and introducing new features. Among the notable improvements, the Seal EV will now support wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, while the Atto 3 SUV boasts an upgraded LFP battery, marking significant enhancements in their offerings.
Booking Information and Pricing
Prospective buyers can start booking the Seal 2025 from March 11 with a deposit of Rs 1.25 lakh, although its exact price will only be disclosed in April. As for the Atto 3, BYD has set a special offer for the first 3,000 units of the MY2025 model, maintaining the price despite the enhancements. The pricing begins at Rs 24.99 lakh for the 49.92kWh Dynamic variant, with the Premium and Superior variants priced at Rs 29.85 lakh and Rs 33.99 lakh, respectively, each equipped with a 60.48kWh battery. Bookings for the Atto 3 are already underway, requiring a token amount of Rs 30,000.
The 2025 Seal and Atto 3 have been endowed with several advanced features aimed at improving user experience and vehicle performance. For the Seal, buyers can anticipate a powered sunshade and an advanced air conditioning and purification system, ensuring a more comfortable and healthier cabin environment.
Further technical enhancements to the Seal include the introduction of Frequency Selective Dampers (FSD) in the mid-spec Premium variant, alongside a new real-time adjustable damping system in the top-tier Performance trim, designed to optimize ride quality under varying road conditions.
Turning to the Atto 3, this latest iteration welcomes passengers with an all-black interior and ventilated front seats, elevating the level of comfort inside the vehicle. A notable upgrade is its Lithium Iron Phosphate (LFP) low-voltage battery, which is significantly lighter than its predecessors and boasts an impressive lifespan of 15 years, ensuring long-term reliability and efficiency.
