Discover The New Features Of The 2025 Ford Transit And E-Transit For Businesses

The Ford Transit and E-Transit, known as America's top-selling gas and electric vans, are introducing new features for 2025. These include factory-integrated vocational upfit packages and interior accessory kits. Customers can now choose between gas or electric powertrains based on their business needs, thanks to updated starting MSRPs. Here are the enhancements available for the 2025 models.

Four factory-installed trade packages, developed with Ranger Design components, cater to key industries. These packages simplify the order-to-delivery process, saving time and money for tradespeople. Financing can be combined with vehicle purchases, removing the need for separate upfit financing. A 3-year, 36,000-mile warranty is offered, with service at over 2,800 Ford Dealerships ensuring coverage for business owners and fleet managers.

New Options for 2025 Ford Transit Models

The Electrician trade package includes drawers and bins for parts storage and reels for wiring bundles, starting at $4,370. The HVAC package offers large shelves and storage bins with specialized refrigerant storage racks at a starting price of $4,440. The General Contractor package provides multipurpose shelves, bins, drawers, and hooks from $2,900. Large Grab Handles Kits are available for regular and long lengths to enhance accessibility. Changes to Transit cargo van options include an optional Mobile Power Cord with a fast charger adapter and Smart Acceleration Truncation as a standalone option for fleet customers.

Electric models offer significant cost savings with up to 48% reduction in scheduled maintenance costs compared to gas and diesel vans. Local, state, and federal incentives are available for electric vehicles and charging infrastructure adoption. A new Commercial Charging Cash Incentive provides a $2,000 rebate towards charging infrastructure for eligible commercial customers purchasing or leasing an E-Transit.

Ford Pro's software and charging solutions enhance productivity for fleets using Ford electric vehicles. The starting MSRP for 2025 Transit models is set at $51,000 for both E-Transit and comparable Transit cargo van models. The E-Transit Chassis Cab starts at $46,200 while the E-Transit Cutaway begins at $45,700.

The introduction of these new features aims to provide flexibility in choosing powertrains while offering tailored solutions through trade packages. This approach not only streamlines processes but also ensures that businesses can operate efficiently with reliable support from Ford's extensive dealership network.
